THE GROUNDS
Enjoy having lunch in the secluded Woodland Grove where you can cook out
on the gas grill and gather around the picnic table in this natural setting with magnificent towering trees, colorful rhododendrons, hydrangeas, ferns & wildflowers.
You will find wild salmon berries, and young apple, cherry, pear and plum trees, as well as
several blueberry bushes on the grounds which, when matured a bit, will provide treats for
the breakfast table. Look for the brilliantly colored trumpet vine and other flora that
attracts hummingbirds and butterflies, which birds also visit in the fall and winter
to feed on the seeds and berries.
Enjoy lounging on the 17’ x 8’ covered porch with tables & chairs overlooking
the Woodland Grove and gardens. Watch the variety of birds that come to visit
while the salmon & steaks are sizzling on the grill!

Our private gated community beach (Saratoga Beach) is just a 5-minute walk down the hill
(or you can drive), where you can lounge in the sun, take a dip in the water,
go for a leisurely long walk along the sandy shores, enjoy the beauty
of the harbor and the sea & wildlife, watch the graceful sailboats on the Harbor,
and sometimes you may even see a wayward Orca or Grey Whale cruising by, and seals.....
...And almost always, Eagles!
You can also enjoy the picnic pavilion & game lawn & make s’mores at the fire pit....
AND THERE’S A BOAT LAUNCH - so bring along your kayak, sail/motorboat & jet skis!
